Pekan Designs (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through pekandesigns.com and our internal tools, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you contact us through this website, by email, or by booking a meeting, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details and project information. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security.

How we use information

We use this information only to reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver and support the services you request, send invoices, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Google user data

Pekan Designs operates an internal assistant application (“hermes gmail mcp”) that connects to the company’s own Google Workspace mailbox ([email protected]) through the Gmail API. It is used only by Pekan Designs staff to search, read, label and draft business email for that mailbox. Data accessed through Google APIs is processed on Pekan Designs’ own computers, is not shared with third parties except the AI tools Pekan Designs staff choose to use for their own work, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalized AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
